The P-LO Project performs for guests as they are coming in to the Delano Hotel In South Beach – image courtesy of world redeye Chris Botti and Little Louie Vega were the featured performers last night at the Grand Opening of Bianca, the new Italian restaurant taking residence in The Delano, one of South Beach’s most iconic hotels. This star-studded event included appearances by Mickey Rourke, Alex Rodriguez, Selita Ebanks, Jessica Stam,Kevin Connolly, Evan Ross, Michelle Rodriguez, and Sammy Sosa. Orchestrated by Las Vegas’ The Light Group, the event included both indoor and outdoor venues where guests celebrated the opening of this highly anticipated restaurant.
